Items must be returned to us unused within 15 Days of delivery for an exchange or online credit of the purchased amount, with all SENSU packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange.
Items should be unworn and in a perfect sellable condition, returned with their original packaging.
Will you request to exchange your item with one from different category or price, the balance has to be paid prior to proceed with exchange. Return is redeemed in online credits valid for a period of 15 days.
Please note that cost of return shipping and custom duties are at the expense of the client.
Items purchased online, can be exchanged or returned at the purchased price upon availability in stock. However please note that it is a must that you print and present the slip or invoice.
During sales period, items exchanged will be returned discounted at the discount rate of the day.
