RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Items must be returned to us unused within 15 Days of delivery for an exchange or online credit of the purchased amount, with all SENSU packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange.
Items should be unworn and in a perfect sellable condition, returned with their original packaging.
Will you request to exchange your item with one from different category or price, the balance has to be paid prior to proceed with exchange. Return is redeemed in online credits valid for a period of 15 days.
Please note that cost of return shipping and custom duties are at the expense of the client.
Items purchased online, can be exchanged or returned at the purchased price upon availability in stock. However please note that it is a must that you print and present the slip or invoice.
During sales period, items exchanged will be returned discounted at the discount rate of the day.
Would you need to exchange or return an item, please contact our online customer service team who will be available to assist you on +961 3 851112. You will need to provide them with your order number and details and they will take it from there.

Would you need to exchange/return, please contact us on info@sensuessentials.com with your order number, the reason behind your request and the details about the product you would like to return/exchange as well as the product reference that you with to exchange with. We will respond within 3 working days with instructions on how to return your item if applicable.

We advise you to make all your returns by our partners and to keep the tracking number, to assure the good reception of your return package.

Have you received my return?
We will send you an email as soon as we receive your return. In the event that we are unable to provide an adequate replacement item, we will contact you by email. Once received, we will review and process your items within 48 hours to ensure that you receive your product in exchange, credit or refund as soon as possible.
